Explanation of Types of Deposit Retrieval:

Deposit Not Credited

Despite accurate input of information, delays may occur due to issues with blockchain nodes or transaction congestion caused by high traffic.

Deposit to Hot Wallet

If the platform's hot wallet address is mistakenly used instead of the user's personal account wallet address during a transfer, the funds will not be successfully deposited.

Deposit of Delisted Tokens

We assess every token listed on the platform. In cases where a token fails to meet our standards, it will be delisted, and deposit/withdrawal functions will be disabled. As a result, funds will not be credited even if you continue to deposit them to the token's deposit address.

Cross-address Deposit

If funds are transferred across incompatible addresses or chains, such as depositing HDAO tokens into a TRC20 USDT wallet address, the deposit will not be credited and may not be recoverable.

Deposit to Old Wallet Address

Funds cannot be retrieved as the platform's old wallet addresses is no longer functional.

Deposit to Incorrectly Formatted Wallet Address

If the wallet address format is modified, added, or deleted incorrectly, deposits will not be credited.
