Withdrawal not being credited 【 WEB 】》》
When withdraw your Crypto currency to third-party platform and the withdrawal does not arrive, it is usually caused by the following circumstances:
1,Withdrawal status displays as 【 Pending Approval 】.
Log in to your HKD.com account and click on【 Assets 】 Select the currency column for the transaction records you want to view and check the asset deposit and withdrawal records. If the【 Status 】 column shows the transaction as " Pending Approval, " please wait for the confirmation process to complete.
2,Withdrawal Successful:
If the status column shows the transaction as “ Success " it means the funds have been successfully withdrawn. You can click on the “ Status " column in the financial records to view the transaction details. Please use the transaction ID to confirm with the third-party payment platform or wallet.
Note : Please ensure that the receiving platform/wallet supports the token you are withdrawing and the network being used. If unsure, verify with the receiving platform/wallet before withdrawing, as your assets may be lost and cannot be recovered.
3,The block has not been confirmed, so the withdrawal cannot be credited:
When you export the funds, they are already in the block and require confirmation by the block. The confirmation time of the block is not fixed. If the withdrawal is still not credited after the block is confirmed, you need to contact the platform for verification.
4,The asset has not been exported, so the withdrawal cannot be credited:
When your assets are not exported, it will show as "withdrawal in progress" or "pending withdrawal." This is because the system is queuing to export the assets due to large number of withdrawal requests. The system will export them one by one according to the submission time of users. There is no manual intervention, so please be patient. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
5,Incorrect Withdraw address or network will result in funds not being credited:
Please carefully check the withdraw address and network before withdraw. Do not depositing ETH to a BTC address, or depositing ERC20 assets to a TRC20 network or other networks, as this may render the funds irretrievable. Please be cautious.
