How To Deposit Crypto Currency 【 Mobile APP 】

If you hold crypto currency on other platforms or wallets, you can transfer them to your HKD.com wallet for trading or to enhance your crypto currency holdings through a range of services.

below are the steps to deposit your crypto currency:

Step 1 :

① Log in to the HKD.com mobile app and click on【 Assets 】at the bottom right.

② Click on 【 Deposit 】

Step 2 :

① Click to select the crypto currency you want to deposit.

Step 3:

① In the search bar, enter the crypto currency you want to deposit. Here's an example using USDT for deposit.

Step 4:

① At the Deposit mainnet click on select a mainnet.

② Choose the deposit main network.

Note : This section will display the networks available for depositing assets. Please choose the deposit network carefully, ensuring that the selected network matches the withdrawal platform's network. Choosing the wrong network may result in the loss of your crypto currency , and recovery may not be possible.

Step 5:

① Choose to copy the deposit address and paste it into the withdrawal platform's transfer address. Alternatively, you can click【 Save as QR code 】and import the QR code directly on the withdrawal platform.

②  Before depositing, please pay attention to the minimum deposit amount indicated below. If your deposit is less than the minimum deposit amount specified, it may result in your assets not being credited.

Please note : Regardless of whether you choose to deposit or withdraw to a third-party platform or your digital wallet, you need to ensure the following:

1. Wallet / Platform Compatibility:

Ensure compatibility with the network chain; if the target platform does not support your withdrawal network, it may result in the loss of assets.

2. Consistency in Deposit / Withdrawal Networks:

Make sure the network you deposit or withdraw matches the target platform. For example, if you choose the target address to be on the Ethereum network but deposit with the HDAO Polygon chain, you may not be able to retrieve your crypto currency.

3. Verify Address and Amount:

Before depositing or withdrawing, ensure your address and amount are correct.
