OTC Trading – Sell Tutorial【 WEB 】

For OTC trading on HKD.com, users must register an account and complete KYC identity verification. Upon successful identity verification, users are required to link a payment method. Transactions can be conducted using methods such as cash, bank transfers, or other instant transfer options. The minimum transaction amount will depend on the limits set by the individual merchant.

Step 1 : Log in to the homepage of HKD.com web version.

① Click on【 Buy Coins 】in the upper left corner.

② Choose either the【 Quick Trading 】or【 C2C Trading 】for fiat trading for purchasing coins.

Express

Step 1 :

① Choose【 Sell 】

② Select the cryptocurrency you want to sell, then enter the quantity you wish to sell.

③ Click the dropdown menu to choose【 RMB 】or【 HKD 】The system will convert the amount based on the displayed price and your selected quantity to sell.

④ Click【 Sell 】to complete the quick transaction.

Step 2 :

① Users can choose their preferred payment method for the merchant to make the payment.

② Click【 Confirm 】

Step 3 :

① After successfully placing the order, you can contact the merchant through the chat window ask merchant to provide the payment proof, and patiently wait for the merchant to confirm payment.

② Please refrain from clicking the【 I confirm that I have received the payment 】button before the merchant has clicked "Paid." Clicking prematurely may result in releasing the funds before receiving them, leading to potential financial loss.

Step 4 : The merchant has clicked "Paid.“

① After confirming that you have received payment from the merchant, click【 I confirm that I have received payment 】

Step 5 :

① Enter your fund password.

② Click【 Confirm 】to complete the transaction.

P2P

Step 1 :

① Choose【 Sell 】

② Select the cryptocurrency you want to sell.

③ Click the dropdown menu to select either【 RMB 】or【 HKD 】for fiat currency transactions.

④ Users can choose their preferred payment method from the dropdown menu.

⑤ Users can refer to different exchange rates for transactions and choose the merchant for the desired trade.

Step 2 :

① After selecting the merchant you want to trade with, click the【 Sell 】button.

② Enter the quantity you want to sell.

③ Click【 Place Order 】

Step 3 :

① After successfully placing the order, you can contact the merchant through the chat window to provide the payment voucher. Please be patient and wait for the merchant to confirm the payment.

② Please refrain from clicking the "I confirm I have received payment" button before the merchant has clicked "Paid." Clicking prematurely may result in releasing the funds before receiving them, leading to potential financial loss.

Step 4 : The merchant has clicked "Paid."

① After confirming that you have received payment from the merchant, click【 I confirm that I have received payment 】

Step 5 :

① Enter your fund password.

② Click【 Confirm 】to complete the transaction.

** OTC transactions do not incur additional fees.

Due to potential congestion on the blockchain network, some transactions may take longer to confirm. This is a normal occurrence, so please be patient. The company will send the relevant digital assets to customers within 24 hours. Upon completion of the transaction, the screen will also display the words "Transaction Completed" along with transaction details. If you do not receive the relevant digital assets within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team. Thank you.
