How to Complete Identity Verification 【 Mobile APP】

Step 1 : After login to your account, click on the HKD logo in the top-left corner.

Step 2 : Click the【 To real name 】or【 Account center 】

Step 3 : Click the 【 Go to 】on the right of the 《 Real-name authentication 》

Step 4 : Click the【 Get Verified 】to complete LV.1 Verified .

Step 5 : Follow the instructions to fill in your personal information.

① In the dropdown menu, select your nationality.

② In the dropdown menu, choose the ID type of identification document you will submit.

③ Enter your full name.

④ Enter your ID card number.

( Note : If you chose ID type is passport, please enter your passport number. )

⑤ Click【 Submit 】to complete the basic authentication.

Step 6 : Continue complete your LV.2 Verified Pro.

① Click the【 Get Verified 】

Step 7 : Upload your front and back ID card.

① Upload your front and back ID card or passport, depending on the ID type you submitted.

( Note : Please ensure the validity period for your ID card or passport.)

② After completing the upload, click on【 Next 】

Step 8 : Record a video and holding your ID card.

① Follow the instructions and click to record the video. You need to Hold your ID card or passport and read your name along with the verification code displayed in the video.

② After completing the upload, click on【 Submit 】

① Please do not wear hats, glasses, or use filters and ensure adequate lighting during the verification process.

② After completing the authentication process, kindly wait patiently for the review results. Once the verification is approved, we will send notify to you.

③ Please refrain from refreshing the browser during the process.

④ If your application is rejected, please follow the rejection instructions for resubmission.

⑤ Ensure that all the information entered matches your identification card or passport. Changes cannot be made after submission.
