HKD.com Token Delisting Withdrawal Guidelines

Before token withdrawals are suspended, HKD.com will provide users with a one-month buffer period during which they can withdraw tokens from delisted trading pairs. If users miss this buffer period, they will be required to pay additional fees for the platform to process withdrawals of delisted tokens. The details are as follows :

Fee Calculation :

Token Value x 10%

(If the Token value is below 10 USDT,  platform will charge a flat fee of 10 USDT.)

Processing Time : 14 working days

The processing fees will be deducted from your account. Please ensure before withdrawing:

1) Your provided withdrawal address is accurate.

2) The amount of tokens you wish to withdraw.

3) Your account has sufficient balance to cover the withdrawal fees.

Important Notes :

1) When token withdrawals for delisted tokens are suspended, a lack of market liquidity may result in the token's value becoming zero, making it invisible in the user's account.

2)When delisted tokens are exchanged for USDT and the asset value is less than 1 USDT, HKD.com will not proceed with the transaction.

3) After three months of token delisting (two months after the buffer period), customer service will no longer process any withdrawal requests.
