Service Suspension During the Upgrade;
To ensure data accuracy and system security throughout the migration process, HKD.com will temporarily suspend certain services starting December 16, 2025, Time 23:59 (UTC+8) including:
Spot trading
Derivatives trading
Fiat trading
During this period, account login, asset viewing, and customer support services will remain fully available.
Order and Asset Handling Arrangements;
Prior to the execution of the upgrade:
All open and unfilled orders across spot, derivatives, and fiat markets will be automatically canceled. Any assets previously locked by these orders will be released and credited back to users’ balances, and subsequently consolidated into their spot accounts.
This arrangement ensures asset structure consistency throughout the migration process and allows for clearer asset presentation once the new system goes live.

1, All asset-affecting functions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and new user registrations, will be temporarily suspended
2, User assets will enter a temporary read-only protection state, remaining fully visible but non-operational during migration
3, Multiple data verification processes will be executed before, during, and after migration
4, No user action is required. All migration-related procedures will be handled by the platform.
5, Service restoration timelines and the order of feature reactivation will be announced separately once migration is completed.

Throughout the entire upgrade and migration process, HKD.com will maintain the highest standards of asset protection. This system upgrade will not affect user asset ownership or balances, and all data will be migrated in a complete and verifiable manner.
