HKD.com will be conducting a platform-wide infrastructure upgrade as part of our next phase of development and international expansion.
This upgrade includes a full upgrade of our core trading infrastructure, website architecture, and backend systems. It represents a major transition to a new platform foundation designed to support higher performance, improved stability, and long-term scalability.
To complete this upgrade safely and efficiently, HKD.com will implement a scheduled three-day offline upgrade window.
Upgrade Schedule: The platform will enter maintenance mode starting:
February 27, 2026 at 00:00 (UTC) Estimated duration: approximately three days.
During this period: 1. The HKD.com website and mobile application will be temporarily unavailable 2. All trading services will be suspended 3. Deposits and withdrawals will be paused 4. New account registrations and account-related functions will be unavailable
This is a planned full-system migration window, during which the platform will remain offline.
What This Upgrade Includes: This is not a routine maintenance update. The upgrade involves a complete restructuring of HKD.com’s core infrastructure.
Upon completion, the new system will introduce: 1. A next-generation matching engine 2. Enhanced risk management and security architecture 3. A redesigned web interface and trading experience 4. A more scalable and resilient technical framework 5. Infrastructure aligned with international market standards
These improvements are intended to position HKD.com for long-term global growth.
Asset Security:
User asset ownership and balances will not be affected. During the upgrade window, structured data migration and multi-layer verification procedures will be conducted to ensure all account data is accurately transferred to the new system. A separate notice will be issued once services are fully restored.
We appreciate your understanding as we complete this important transition. We look forward to welcoming you back to a stronger and more globally positioned HKD.com.
