In order to better protect user safety and maintain a high-quality trading market, HKD.com regularly reviews all listed tokens to safeguard the interests of traders. If a token fails to strictly meet HKD.com's listing requirements, HKD.com will delist the token and its associated trading pairs.
Delisting Rules :
1. New listings must not experience a price drop in the first month, and for the first 3 months, it should not fall below 60% of the listing price. Otherwise, may lead to delisting.
2. Low trading volume may trigger delisting.
3. Negative news : In the event of the project founder's involvement in legal or negative issues may trigger delisting.
4. False trading or misrepresentation may trigger delisting.
5. Continuous Operation : If the community remains unattended for 2 weeks, no project updates are disclosed on the official website or community for 1 month, the official website ceases updates or becomes inaccessible, Github remains inactive for 3 months, or the KYC contact person becomes unresponsive for a period of time, any of these conditions may trigger delisting.
6. Project: Any deviation or stagnation in the project's development path may trigger delisting.
7. Technical security issues : Projects with security vulnerabilities may trigger delisting.
Delisting Process
After a token is delisted, the following actions will be taken :
1. Suspend token deposits.
2. Suspend trading for some or all related trading pairs of the token.
3. Suspend token withdrawals.
Prior to the suspension of withdrawals, HKD.com will provide users with a one-month grace period during which they can withdraw the delisted tokens.
Can withdrawals still be made after the grace period?
Yes, if you fail to withdraw your delisted tokens during the grace period, you can apply for withdrawal through customer service within the following two months. However, this will incur certain withdrawal fees.
Note : After the two-month period following the grace period, customer service will no longer process withdrawal requests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
