OTC Trading – Buy Tutorial【 Mobile APP 】

For OTC trading on HKD.com, users must register an account and complete KYC identity verification. Upon successful identity verification, users are required to link a payment method. Transactions can be conducted using methods such as cash, bank transfers, or other instant transfer options. The minimum transaction amount will depend on the limits set by the individual merchant.

Step 1 : Log in to the app homepage and click on【 OTC 】

Step 2 : Choose【 Quick Trading 】or【 C2C Trading 】for fiat trading.

Quick Trading

Step 1 :

① Click to select【 RMB 】or【 HKD 】for the transfer and purchase.

② Choose【 Buy 】.

③ Select the cryptocurrency you want to purchase.

④ You can switch to【 Enter Amount 】or【 Enter Quantity 】for the purchase. The system will calculate the amount or quantity based on the displayed price on the page.

⑤ Enter the quantity you want to purchase.

⑥ Click【 Purchase with 0 handling fee】.

Step 2 :

① Users can choose from the payment methods provided by the merchant for making the payment.

② Click【 Buy Now 】

Step 3 :

① Select your payment method.

② After the order is generated, confirm the information and click【 To Pay 】

③ Users must make the payment after placing the order. Failure to make the payment within the specified time will result in automatic order cancellation.

*** Transfer Note : Avoid using terms related to virtual currency such as "Bitcoin," "BTC," "USDT," etc., during the transfer to prevent freezing of your bank card.

Step 4 :

① After making the payment, click on the chat window in the top-left corner to upload your Payment Slip and wait for the merchant to verify.

② Click【 I have paid successfully 】

Step 5 : After making the payment, please be patiently wait for the merchant to release the cryptocurrency to your wallet.

① Check the box indicating payment to the merchant.

② Click【 Confirm 】

Note : Do not maliciously confirm payment. If the platform receives a merchant's complaint about non-payment but you click confirm payment, the platform may make a judgment and freeze your account.

C2C Trading

Step 1 :

① Select【 C2C Trading 】

② Choose【 Buy 】

③ Select the merchant from whom you want to purchase the cryptocurrency and click【 Buy 】

Step 2 :

① Choose either【 By Crypto 】or【 By Count 】for your purchase.

② Enter the purchase amount or quantity.

③ Click【 Order 】

Step 3 :

① Select your payment method.

② After the order is generated, confirm the information and click【 To Pay 】

③ Users must make the payment after placing the order. Failure to make the payment within the specified time will result in automatic order cancellation.

Step 4 :

① After making the payment, click on the chat window in the top-left corner to upload your Payment proof and wait for the merchant to verify.

Step 5 : After completing the payment, please be patient and wait for the merchant to transfer the cryptocurrency to your wallet.

① Check the box indicating payment to the merchant.

② Click【 Confirm 】

OTC transactions do not incur additional fees.

Due to potential congestion on the blockchain network, some transactions may take longer to confirm. This is a normal occurrence, so please be patient. The company will send the relevant digital assets to customers within 24 hours. Upon completion of the transaction, the screen will also display the words "Transaction Completed" along with transaction details. If you do not receive the relevant digital assets within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team. Thank you.

Notice : In order to ensure the security of both parties' assets, HKD.com implements a withdrawal strategy for RMB OTC and P2P. For Chinese Yuan (RMB), we adopt a “ T+2 " withdrawal limit, providing a 48-hour buffer period. For Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), we adopt a “ T+1 " withdrawal limit, providing a 24-hour buffer period. This not only helps prevent illegal fund inflow and reduces the risk of user asset loss but also maximally restricts money laundering activities on the platform, minimizes the risk of bank account freezing, and ensures users enjoy a secure trading environment. Users' trading activities (spot, futures, leverage trading, etc.) will not be affected during this period.
