Official Announcement and Clarification: Delisting of ESG Panda NFT on HKD.com NFT Marketplace

Recently, HKD.com has received inquiries regarding the ESG Panda NFT project showcased on the HKD.com NFT market. In response, we would like to issue this clarification announcement to address the matter comprehensively.

1. We solemnly declare that HKD.com has always stood together with a large user base. HKD.com has no joint issuance relationship with any issuer, and any claims to the contrary are misleading to users and an abuse of our brand. The ESG Panda NFT project was listed on two international platforms in April before applying to be showcased on the HKD.com NFT market. This clearly demonstrates that HKD.com is not its joint issuer or primary sales platform.
   
   

2. HKD.com merely acts as a platform, and for all NFT projects showcased on HKD.com, we possess complete project information and proof of application for withdrawals from the platform. We emphasize once again that HKD.com has no joint issuance relationship with these projects, nor have we ever established an investment relationship or participated in their issuance and operation. NFT projects on the HKD.com NFT market are operated independently by their respective teams. We serve only as an issuance platform, evaluating and reviewing their qualifications. HKD.com announced as early as August 30, 2023, that we have no potential interest relationship with any NFT project listed on our platform.

1. According to the agreement, HKD.com has the right to delist, suspend trading, and take administrative and legal actions against projects that seriously violate the "Project Conduct and Listing Rules." The ESG Panda NFT project not only failed to fulfill its commitments to users but also disregarded numerous complaints and rectification requests from the vast user base and the HKD.com team. They repeatedly and seriously violated HKD.com's "Project Conduct and Listing Rules." Therefore, we have decided to halt trading and delist ESG Panda NFT on the NFT market on September 23, 2023, at 23:30 (UTC +8). Users can withdraw their tokens through the public chain until September 30, 2023, at 24:00 (UTC +8).
   
   

2. Unauthorized use of HKD.com's brand, marketing materials, or any form of misleading behavior is strictly prohibited. We will take all necessary measures, including legal actions, to protect our intellectual property and brand image.
   
   

3. For any actions that deceive users using HKD.com's brand or maliciously exploit HKD.com's brand for personal gain, we will use all available legal means to safeguard the rights and interests of HKD.com and platform users. This may include reporting such instances to law enforcement agencies and seeking compensation for any losses or damages suffered by individuals or our organization.
   
   

4. At the same time, we have noticed instances where some community members engaged in malicious defamation, personal attacks, and intimidation against members of the HKD.com team. We are deeply disappointed because our community has always been a friendly, supportive, and respectful space. We want to emphasize that the online space is not beyond the law, and everyone should take full responsibility for their words and actions. We firmly support freedom of speech, but we also expect every member to respect the rights and dignity of others when expressing their opinions. For those who engage in malicious attacks on others, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to maintain community harmony and the rule of law.
   
   

5. HKD.com and the interests of the vast user base are aligned, and your interests are our driving force. We pledge that HKD.com will adhere to the principle of prioritizing user interests and implement stricter review measures to examine and select future projects for listing, ensuring they meet our high standards and providing users with more quality investment opportunities. We will actively seek out and onboard more promising and valuable projects on a weekly basis, offering you a more diverse selection.
