Regarding scammers impersonating to be HKD.com to engage in frauds

Dear Our Beloved Users:

Recently, HKD.com has received feedback from many community members that various fraudsters are impersonating to be HKD.com and conducting unauthorized and illegal token sale activities to deceive investors of the general public. They forged a Telegram community in the name of "hkd/hkdcom/hkd.com" to carry out false publicity, false advisory, and even privately messaged users with the intention to conduct fraudulent activities. In addition, they constructed fake URLs, token contract addresses, and carried out fraudulent activities. 

To sustain a safe and healthy community for our users, we would like officially make the following clarifications:

1) We did NOT promote or carry out any fundraising activities related to HKD tokens. Any programs/activities in the name of HKD.com should be confirmed via our official announcements and news. We are not responsible and liable for any loss caused by fraudulent or misleading information.

The HDAO tokens are issued by the Singapore HDAO Foundation, and the HDAO contract address on the Polygon chain is 0x2be0A5e31903B3b58F467DB0e62Be8df6B070EDB (see the HDAO announcement for details)

2) Any official partnerships and collaborations will be stated in the announcement on our official website. If such information cannot be found and verified in our official announcements, then it is fake.

3) HKD.com possesses a competent and lethal legal team, and we reserve the right to take legal actions against any organizations or individuals that may cause losses to HKD.com, including but not limited to reputation loss (false rumors, malicious slander, etc.), brand negative Influence (malicious smear, counterfeit brand, counterfeit partnership, etc.)

4) We have received requests from many users to build an official Telegram community. This is in our agenda and we are currently in the preparation phase, and please pay attention to our official announcements for further updates regarding this matter. 

5) We would like to emphasize that all official announcements are made available only on our official channels. Users are advised to carefully screen and verify the relevant information made available in the market and on the internet in general. Do not believe in false propaganda and any promises to prevent falling into scams and enduring potential financial loss.

6) In any case, we shall not be liable for any loss of the customer's own investment decision.
