Customers can seek assistance from customer service by submitting requests through tickets or by contacting online customer support.
Step 1 : Click on " Broadcast " to enter the Announcement Center.

① Click on the【 menu 】located at the top right corner.
② Click on【 Submit a Request 】
Step 3 : Please provide the following information for your request:
① Enter your registered account's email address.
② Enter the subject/title of your request.
③ Enter your account's UID.
④ Enter your issue or inquiry in detail.
⑤ Attach screenshots or upload files.
⑥ Click on【 Submit 】to complete your request. Our customer service team will assist you as soon as possible. If you want to check the progress of your request during the waiting period, you can contact our customer service team.
