- Ultimate Card : This card can be continuously used until the quota is exhausted within the validity period. This card is automatically activated once you have received the rebate card.
Rebate Card Usage Rules
- Rebate Amount: The amount on your rebate card is determined by the card's settings or the activity’s rebate setting.
- Validity Period : Rebate cards are subject to a specified validity period. Failure to activate or use the card within this period will result in its expiration, rendering it unusable thereafter.
- Activation Time : The rebate card becomes effective on the day it is activated (one-time rebate card) or received (Ultimate rebate card) which is counted on the date at 0:00. If a one-time rebate card is activated at noon (12:00) on the same day, the effective date and time will be 0:00 on that day.
- Rebate Currency : If the rebate card displays USDT as the rebate currency, the rebate will be paid out in USDT. Similarly, if HDAO is displayed as the rebate currency, the rebate will be paid out in HDAO, and so on. The rebate currency is determined by the rebate card received by the user.
- Rebate Rate : The rebate rate displayed on the rebate card indicates the percentage of the transaction fee that can be rebated after the trade.
- Rebate Settlement Time : Rebates for transaction fees are distributed at 08:00 (UTC + 8) on the day after usage.
Rules:
- The rebate card(s) is not transferable.
- The One-time rebate cards cannot be stacked; however, the Ultimate rebate cards may be stacked, by reduction of value using from the next Ultimate rebate cards.
- HKD.com reserves the right to decide and/or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- HKD.com reserves the final rights to cancel or void the eligibility participants whom they reasonably believes has engaged in fraudulent activities or has not complied with any usage terms and conditions.
Rebate Card Usage Priority:
- The system will prioritize the settlement using rebate cards nearing expiration, sorted by their expiration dates.
- If a one-time rebate card has been manually claimed, it will be used first for rebate settlement.
- Priority sequence: one-time rebate card > Ultimate rebate card.
Rebate Scenario Example:
Example 1 :
- User has only one one-time card with a rebate amount of 5 USDT and a rebate rate of 100%.
- User incurs a spot order fee of 5 USDT.
- Calculation: The user's rebate amount is 5U x 100% (rebate rate) = 5U, and the user receives the full rebate of 5 USDT from the rebate card. The status of the rebate card will become invalid.
Example 2 :
- User has only one one-time card with a rebate amount of 5 USDT and a rebate rate of 80%.
- User incurs a spot order fee of 10 USDT.
- Calculation: The user's rebate amount is 10U x 80% (rebate rate) = 8U. The user should receive a rebate of 8 USDT. However, since the one-time card has a limit of only 5 USDT, the actual rebate to the user is 5 USDT and the rebate will be deposited into your wallet.
- The one-time rebate card status will become invalid, and subsequent orders will not be subject to fee rebates.
