If you have not received the purchased cryptocurrency within 30 minutes after payment, you can choose to【 Submit Appeal 】
Step 1 : Click on【 Submit Appeal 】
Step 2:
① Enter the reason for the appeal.
② Upload your payment proof.
③ Click【 Submit an Appeal 】
To submit an appeal, you need to upload bank deduction proof. Please screenshot the bank deduction records, including the three transactions before and after the deduction. (Notifications confirming a successful bank transfer for placing an order are not accepted).
Step 3 : After submitting the appeal, try to contact the merchant. Once the merchant responds, you may need to cancel appeal for the release of the cryptocurrency to your crypto Wallet.
① Click【 Chat 】to communicate with the merchant.
② Click【 Cancel Appeal 】
** If you are unable to contact the merchant, please reach out to our customer service team or send an email to CS@hkd.com for assistance.
