Downloading the IPA file, you need go to your phone settings and click on【 Trust 】:
Step 1 : Go to your phone settings and click on【 General 】
Step 2 : Click on【 VPN and device management 】
Step 3 : click on enterprise app【 Rizhao Sunday Power Generation Co. Ltd. 】developed by the application developer.
Step 4 : Click on【 Trust 】and return to the home screen open the HKD.com App.

This is the usual process for enterprise-signed apps, and it’s often the trust step that trips people up. Once the profile is approved, most IPAs launch without any issues. I’ve seen similar trust-profile cases mentioned in guides about installing iOS apps from outside the App Store, so the flow here is pretty familiar.
